Anaheim flash mob robbery suspects

ANAHEIM, Calif. (October 8, 2024) – Anaheim Police detectives request public assistance to identify flash mob robbery suspects.

On Sunday, October 6, 2024, around 1:30 a.m., approximately 40-50 suspects forcefully entered a 7-Eleven convenience store at 550 S Knott Ave in the City of Anaheim. The suspects proceeded to assault the store employee and steal merchandise, including the cash register. The employee suffered a severe injury. The total loss has not yet been confirmed.

This incident has gained national attention from videos posted on social media. Anaheim Police detectives are working aggressively on this case, conducting follow-up on several leads. Prompt resolution should deter similar criminal activity in Anaheim and the rest of Orange County.
