On Tuesday morning, the Irvine Police Department received reports of a suspicious man attempting to open storage units at the Promenade Apartments in a resident-restricted area.

K9 officer Bodie and his human partner located a suspicious truck in the area and made a traffic stop. They discovered the suspect was inside the truck with two other friends.

David William Vesper, 38, of Hanford, was arrested for burglary. A female passenger was arrested for outstanding felony warrants, and the driver received a citation for possessing narcotics.
