Our Revolution: 46th District Healthcare Action Rally

“We must stop Republicans from repealing Obamacare. But we can’t just play defense. We need to guarantee health care to all as a right.” – Senator Bernie Sanders

Over the week of February 19th to 25th, Congress will be in recess and our Representatives will return to their homes and local offices all over the nation. With so much at stake, now is the time to let our legislators know where we stand as a community on the issues of Medicare for All, Medi-Cal, Social Security, the Affordable Care Act and Universal Healthcare.

Our Revolution Santa Ana, along with Our Revolution Costa Mesa, and activists across the state will be holding rallies the same day in every Congressional District to pressure the White House and Congress.

We will rally at noon on Saturday, February 25, 2017, in front of the Orange County Health Care Agency and temporary homeless shelter, across the street from the Civic Center, and Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse Building, at 405 West 5th Street, in Downtown Santa Ana. We will be on the Eastern end of the tri-intersection, which is Santa Ana Blvd/5th Street & Ross Street. RSVP here.

Repealing the ACA puts 30 million Americans at risk of losing coverage while the top 1% would get an average tax cut of $33,000.

Join us at NOON, 12 PM, and hear our next steps with Our Revolution and major partners to bring about the #PoliticalRevolution!

  1. Why in the world would anyone try to save a failed system? Even many hardcore democrats I know preferred paying the fine to avoid getting an ACA plan that was way too expensive. I really suggest everyone to watch the bernie vs ted cruz debate on this issue and learn some facts before wasting your time and energy. I do hope the republicans can come up with something much better though.

    1. I totally agree. It doesn’t benefit the middle class. You have to make a income of 14k a year to benefit one.

Then I’d you don’t have insurance you get fined…..sounds like Communism to me.

      PLUS THE HELL WITH OBAMIST.

    2. The problem is that people listen to the Liberal media and politicians, and leadership. Look at how people are people are protestingredients Trump’s Executives without knowing the facts.

      Obama did it too.

Plus the ban is for a short while not permitted.
