  1. Yeah … why not enhance Santa Ana’s street cred as a haven for druggies … ?

    1. Santa Ana wants to be a big city with a gentrified downtown and a trolley, so you have to accept to other aspects that come with a big city mentality. Namely a homeless shelter, admission of its drug problem, proper zoning for medical marijuana businesses, etc.

It’s called parity. Can’t have it both ways.

  2. SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT/CITY OF SANTA ANA COUNCIL
    JOINT POLICY MEETING – AGENDA

2.5 Proposed IV Needle Exchange Program (near Davis Elementary School)

The Santa Ana Unified School District/City of Santa Ana Council Joint Policy Meeting will convene at Santa Ana Unified School District, 1601 E. Chestnut Ave., Santa Ana, California, in the Board Room, located on the First Floor at 5:30 p.m., Monday, May 4, 2015.
