Santa Ana’s Memphis Santora will bring a new tradition to the plate this Thanksgiving, with a pre-order Memphis style to-go turkey feast!

Memphis chefs will prepare a family style Thanksgiving dinner’s that will include a free-range turkey, stuffing, gravy, sweet potatoes and much more. Serving 12-15 people for about $275. All meals will be available as supplies last and orders are to be picked up Wednesday, November 24 at either the Memphis Santora in Santa Ana or Memphis Café in Costa Mesa.

The Thanksgiving Dinner Order Date has been EXTENDED to Tuesday 12 noon…they have got a guarantee from their supplier that they can get all the Mary’s Free Range Turkeys they need if they have a final count by 12 noon tomorrow….So, you can still take advantage of this great deal and save yourself a lot of time and energy. The Memphis Thanksgiving dinner to go includes:

  • Herb Roasted, Mary’s Free Range Turkey brined in sherr wine
  • Bacon, sage, and pine nut stuffing
  • Giblet gravy
  • Roasted garlic whipped, Yukon gold potatoes
  • Sweet potato gratin
  • Sautéed haricot vert with hazelnut butter
  • Glazed baby carrots with tarragon
  • Spiced cranberry relish
  • House salad with candied pecans, avocado and sherry vinaigrette
  • French dinner roll

Memphis Santora will ring in the holiday spirit with a pre-turkey day edition of “Dinner with Dave,” on Wed., Nov. 24.  Live music will begin at 9:30 pm along with a complimentary Thanksgiving favorite prepared by Chef Dave Mau.

“We will have a light, complimentary supper,” Hastie said. “We are gonna try to stay away from turkey.”
