At 10:42 a.m., on Sunday, just three minutes after being dispatched, OCFA firefighters were on scene of a house fire on Stanford Avenue in Garden Grove with flames out the first-floor windows.

The OCFA firefighters confined the fire to just one room.

Two adults had escaped out the second-story window before our arrival with the assistance of neighbors on the lawn below them.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. The OCFA has not indicated the cost of the damage caused by the fire.

The OCFA thanks the Garden Grove Police Department for assisting people to safety.
