On 1/9/2024, a female suspect entered a Target store, gathered a selection of makeup products in a basket, and tried to exit the store. When confronted by loss prevention officers, she brandished a pair of scissors and threatened them before fleeing on foot with the stolen merchandise. The total loss amounted to more than $2,000, according to the SAPD.

Suspect Description: Female, Hispanic, about 130 lbs., 20-25 years old, with brown shoulder-length straight hair and blonde highlights. She was observed wearing a white tank top, a black and white button-up flannel with a black hood, black and white pants resembling Adidas style, and white tennis shoes. Additionally, she has a tattoo on her right jawline, possibly bearing the name “Jessica.”
