The Westminster Police are not yet sure if a man who was struck and killed in front of his some at the 6500 block of Walt Street was the victim of a hit and run or a homicide.

The man, thought to be in his 30’s, was found by the police in front of his home, after the police responded to a 5:30 a.m. call about a possible hit-and-run.

The incident happened south of Westminster Blvd. just north of Buckingham Park.
