The Irvine Police are trying to identify a purse thief who then used the stolen credit cards

Can you help the Irvine Police Department to identify a male theft suspect?

On November 5, an Irvine resident reported that her vehicle had been broken into and her purse stolen.

The following day, multiple fraudulent transactions were reported on her stolen credit cards, one of which was made by this man seen at an Orange County retail store.

The man has a slim build. He was wearing a blue sports shirt, blue jacket and backward blue baseball cap when he was caught on surveillance video.

If you know who he is, please email amena@cityoffirvine.org.

Let’s figure out who this is and give him free room and board at the Orange County Jail!
