Santa Ana street closures and permitted events for October 17 to 23

Here are the locations of upcoming permitted events and road closures in Santa Ana so you can plan accordingly. Please drive slowly and safely in construction zones and around crowded events. If a weather event occurs on the anticipated start date, the street closures for construction activity will be delayed until the weather clears.

Thursday, October 17

  • Street closure from Civic Center Drive to 6th Street 
    • SAPD Trunk or Treat; Event Hours: 6-8 p.m.

Friday, October 18

  • Street closure from Broadway to Riverine
    • Event Hours: 6-9 p.m.

Through October 18

  • Closure northbound on Main Street for construction 
    • 8 p.m.–5 a.m. each day
  •  One traffic lane southbound between 3rd and 2nd streets for construction 
    • 8 p.m.–5 a.m. each day
  • Closure eastbound on 3rd street between Main and Bush streets for construction
    • 8 p.m.–5 a.m. each day

Saturday, October 19

  • 2nd Street Promenade
    • Golden Years Vintage Market; Event Hours: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Jerome Center
    • PRSCA Spooktacular Open House; Event Hours: 2-5 p.m.
  • Riverview Park 
    • Event Hours: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Plaza Calle Cuatro
    • Patches & Pins Halloween Expo Fest; Event Hours: 12-10 p.m.

Through October 19 

  • One traffic lane westbound and full closure eastbound on 3rd Street between Main and Bush streets for storm drain work 
    • 9 a.m.-3 p.m. each day
  • One traffic lane northbound and southbound on Main street between 1st and 4th streets for storm drain work
    • 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.

Through October 21

  • Closure northbound SR-55 MacArthur Boulevard off-Ramp
    • 24 hours each day

October 23-27 

Through October 25

Through October 28

  • One traffic lane will be closed both northbound and southbound on Bristol Street between Segerstrom Avenue and MacArthur Blvd. for construction
    • 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Through October 30 

Through October 31

Through November 15
