Santa Ana street closures and permitted events for July 25 to 31

Here are the locations of upcoming permitted events and road closures in Santa Ana so you may plan accordingly. Please drive slowly and safely in construction zones and around crowded events. If a weather event occurs on the anticipated start date, the street closures for construction activity will be delayed until the weather clears.

Thursday, July 25

  • Portola Park
    • Parks and Rec Concerts in the Park; Event Hours: 6-8:30 p.m.
  • Delhi Park
    • Event Hours: 2-9 p.m.

Friday, July 26

  • Santa Ana Zoo
    • Parks and Rec Movies in the Park; Event Hours: 6-10 p.m.
  • El Salvador Park
    • Neutral Ground Summer Night Lights; Event Hours: 7-10 p.m.

Saturday, July 27

  • Centennial Park
    • Water Lantern Festival; Closure: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Event Hours: 5-9 p.m.

Sunday, July 28

  • Centennial Park
    • Water Lantern Festival; Closure: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Event Hours: 5-9 p.m.

Monday, July 29 through August 31

  • Lane reduction in both directions on Bristol Street and Alton Avenue for construction
    • 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day

Wednesday, July 31

  • Birch Park
    • Parks and Rec Shakespeare in the Park; Event Hours: 7-10 p.m.

Through July 26

  • Lane reduction southbound on Red Hill and Warner avenues for construction 
    • 24 hours each day

Through July 31

  • One traffic lane open in both directions on Main Street between Walnut Street and McFadden Avenue for paving
    • 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day
