Community: New Affordable Homes Now Available / Nuevas Viviendas Económicas Disponibles Ahora

The City of Santa Ana promotes housing that is affordable to a range of households across varying income levels by requiring certain new residential developments to include affordable housing units. As part of the City of Santa Ana’s Housing Opportunity Ordinance, the Santa Ana Collection by City Ventures is offering 11 new homes to qualified moderate-income homebuyers.

  • Interested homebuyers cannot currently own a home
  • Must make a down payment of at least 3% from own funds
  • Property must be owner-occupied
  • Home has a 55-Year Deed Affordability Restriction
  • Purchase Prices:
    • 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 1,237 sq ft – $408,500
    • 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 1,573 sq ft – $447,200

La ciudad de Santa Ana promueve viviendas económicas a una variedad de hogares a través de diversos niveles de ingresos requiriendo que ciertos nuevos desarrollos residenciales incluyan unidades de costo razonable. Como parte de la Ordenanza de Oportunidad de Viviendas de la Ciudad de Santa Ana, la “Santa Ana Collection” por City Ventures ofrece 11 hogares nuevos a compradores de ingresos moderados.

• Compradores interesados no pueden ser dueños de otra casa
• Deben hacer un pago inicial de por lo menos 3% de fondos propios
