Firefighters put out a house fire in Santa Ana this morning with no injuries reported

Santa Ana – The Orange County Fire Authority’s emergency command center received multiple calls for a fire in the 300 block of S. Broadway St. at 10:36 this morning.

Engine 75 was the first-arriving unit and reported an exterior fire that had extended into a single story house.

It took firefighters approximately 15 minutes to get a knockdown on the fire that gotten into the house and attic.

A total of seven people, five adults, two children, and two dogs made it out without injury.

The American Red Cross has been requested to respond to provide assistance for the displaced.

OCFA fire investigators were at the scene, determining the cause.

No injuries were reported.
