Over the weekend, a Westminster Police Officer attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of Brookhurst/McFadden. The driver failed to yield and a pursuit was initiated – terminating in Santa Ana where the suspect collided into a curb and disabled their vehicle.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident. Officers located replica firearms and drugs inside the vehicle. The driver was arrested for felony evading and other charges, and was later booked at Orange County Jail.
