A man died at Delhi Park after being stabbed

SANTA ANA, Calif. (October 22, 2024)— Santa Ana Police Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation regarding Eduardo Rigoberto Bustamante, a 46-year-old man who was stabbed and killed at Delhi Park.

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at approximately 7:20 a.m., Santa Ana Police Communications received a report of an unresponsive man at Delhi Park, located at 2314 S. Halladay Street.

Officers responded to the scene and discovered the man, identified as Eduardo Rigoberto Bustamante (46) of Santa Ana, with multiple stab wounds to his body. Orange County Fire Authority also responded and pronounced Eduardo deceased at the scene.

At this time, the motive surrounding the homicide appears to be gang-related. Homicide Detectives are attempting to identify and locate additional witnesses who can provide information about the case.
