A female suspect took cosmetics and nonprescription medicine and left without paying, valued at $378.00 from a Target store located at 16400 Beach Blvd., in Westminster.
Suspect: Female, White, 5’5, glasses, gray sweater, multi-colored pants, large brown over the shoulder bag, flip flops, head is half shaved/half gray hair, tattoos on neck and hands.
