The Irvine Police Department (IPD) is seeking assistance locating 58-year-old Robert Delacruz, who is accused of sexual assault, according to the Irvine Police Department.

The victim, who attends a specialized day program for adults with disabilities, reported that her assigned counselor and caretaker, Robert Delacruz of Tustin, sexually assaulted her. She said he sexually assaulted her and coerced her to engage in sex acts from June 2022 until March 2024.

A search warrant was served at Delacruz’ residence where additional evidence was located.

Delacruz is known to drive a 2014 blue Toyota FJ Cruiser with CA license plate BASTOS2.

At this time, there is no indication there are other victims.

Attempts to locate Delacruz have been unsuccessful.
