Congressman Lou Correa’s office will be hosting a Caring for Caregivers Resource Fair this Saturday, November 22nd, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Every year, more than 43 million people provide informal-–and usually unpaid—care and support to aging family members and people of all ages with disabilities. Around 80% of care workers in California are women, 74% are people of color, and 47% are immigrants.

These caregivers are an important piece of the fabric of our community, and Congressman Correa is dedicated to connecting the countless caregivers who call his district home to federal resources—and providing them the support they need so that they can continue positively impacting lives, without sacrificing their own health or financial security.
The event for caregivers will feature different federal resources that have been made available, as well as many community partners that are prepared to support their work. The resource fair will last —you can register here and find the event flyer below.
Location: The event location will be provided after registration is received.
