Three male suspects removed various clothing items from the JCPenney store in Westminster and fled. The suspects assaulted and pepper sprayed Loss Prevention when confronted and fled.
- Suspect 1: Male, Hispanic, 18-25 years old, brown eyes, black hair, dark jacket
- Suspect 2: Male, Hispanic, 18-25 years old, brown eyes, brown wavy hair, green zip up hoodie, “Nightmare before Christmas” pajama pants
- Suspect 3: Male, Hispanic, 25-35 years old, brown eyes, black Pittsburgh Pirates baseball hat, clear prescription glasses, grey shirt, jeans, left wearing an Adidas jacket
