On 04/19/2020 at 4:06 p.m., the wanted suspect shattered the victim’s rear window and stole property from the back seat, at 2217 S. Grand Avenue.
The suspect appears to be transient. The suspect was last seen riding a black mountain bicycle northbound on Grand from the scene.
Description: Hispanic, Male, 30-35 years old, medium build, wearing a black cap, black jacket and black shorts. The suspect was carrying a large red backpack.
