The Santa Ana Police Department is pleased to announce Chief David Valentin’s appointment as Vice President of the Santa Ana College Foundation.

Chief Valentin has been a contributing Foundation Board member since 2014 and has advocated for higher education at the State Capitol on behalf of Santa Ana College and community colleges.

The Santa Ana College Foundation’s mission is to maintain, expand and enhance the educational opportunities for Santa Ana College by linking community organizations, businesses, alumni, and staff. The Foundation is committed to ensuring that no student is denied educational opportunities due to financial constraints.

“As a Santa Ana College alumni, I feel privileged to be appointed as a member of this Foundation Board. Santa Ana College played an instrumental role in my education, and I am honored for the opportunity to give back to the future of Santa Ana College Students,” said Chief David Valentin.
