Recently, Irvine Police Department officers at the Spectrum contacted a man who appeared to be under the influence.

The officers quickly learned the man was on probation for identity theft. We bet you can’t guess what happened next……..

If you guessed he was carrying narcotics and several fraudulent identification cards, give yourself a gold star for the day!

Christopher Edward Broomse, 47, of Los Angeles, was booked on fraud charges, and the kind officers also helped him take care of his outstanding felony warrant for identity theft.
