Special Crimes Detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect that is wanted for indecent exposure, according to the SAPD.
According to an employee witness, the suspect was seen lying in front of Newhope Branch Library, masturbating where children were present. When confronted by the employee, he immediately got up and walked away.
Suspect Description: Male White/Hispanic, transient, age 35-40, 5’10” tall, 160 lbs., wearing a beige jacket, dark colored shirt, and tan pants.
