OCTA Central County Corridor Major Investment Study (CCCMIS) Update: Board Approves Open Houses and Next SWG Meeting Set for June 23

The open houses will take place in Garden Grove (northern segment of study area), Fountain Valley (central/southern segment) and Tustin (eastern segment).

As you are aware, the list of projects – along with policy, technical and public feedback – will serve to develop a recommended LPS, which, in turn, will be presented to the Board for final approval in August.

Consistent with policy direction, the open houses will consist of informational stations which will serve to:

Explain the purpose and need of the major investment study process
Communicate the existence of baseline and committed initiatives for central O.C., such as M2
Present the proposed list of projects resulting directly from the CCCMIS process
Request feedback on the proposed list of projects resulting from the CCCMIS process
Summarize the overall transportation benefits all of these projects are projected to produce when fully developed and implemented
