Two men stole over $3K worth of supplies from the Dunn Edwards store in Irvine

Two men are suspected of stealing $3,372 in items, including 98 paintbrushes, buckets, a paint gun, and other paint equipment from Dunn Edwards, according to the Irvine Police Department.

With a stroke of luck, the Irvine Police are hoping you can help them to paint a masterpiece of a criminal case against them. The IPD never brushes aside the importance of community partnership, so if you can help identify these painting enthusiasts, please contact njohnson@cityofirvine.org.

One of the suspects was African American and was wearing a blue doo-rag on his head and a v-neck white t-shirt. He had a cigarette dangling from his mouth. The other suspect was an emaciated white bald guy who was wearing a Dunn Edwards t-shirt.

Bob Ross would be very disappointed in these suspects who painted themselves into a corner when they decided to steal in Irvine…
