Circumstances of the Case
On Dec. 26 2017, Aaron, who was out of custody on $100,000 bail while facing charges of sex trafficking a minor in Las Vegas from 2015, and Frierson, a parolee with two prior strike convictions, are accused of meeting 15-year-old Jane Doe and trafficking the victim in areas known for prostitution and human trafficking in Orange County.
The defendants are accused keeping the money the victim received from engaging in commercial sex acts with sex purchasers.
At approximately 2:50 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2017, a Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) patrol officer contacted Jane Doe, who appeared to be a minor, in an area known for prostitution and human trafficking.
Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF), who investigated this case, responded to the scene.
OCHTTF officers contacted Aaron and Frierson, who are accused of possessing evidence consistent with pimping and pandering.

OCHTTF is a partnership between Anaheim Police Department, California Highway Patrol, Costa Mesa Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, Irvine Police Department, Newport Beach Police Department, OCDA, Orange County Sheriff’s Department, SAPD, and community and non-profit partners.
