Top law firm negotiates a lease to stay in Santa Ana

The Saywitz Company Negotiates Office Lease for Top Santa Ana Law Firm

SANTA ANA, Calif. – July 16, 2012 – The Saywitz Company – one of the largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage firms in Southern California – recently closed an office lease for a Santa Ana law firm. Andrew Herron, senior vice president with The Saywitz Company, represented Long & Delis, a professional law firm, in the firm’s lease renewal located at 400 N. Tustin Avenue in Santa Ana. The five-year, $500,000 lease on approximately 4,600 square feet secures the law firm’s tenancy in Santa Ana.

“While there were numerous opportunities in the marketplace with aggressive lease rates and concessions, ultimately the firm enjoys its presence and tenancy at their current facility,” said Herron. “The new lease terms provide them with flexible and advantageous terms and conditions. The location and the proximity to the Santa Ana Court House is one of the main reasons why Long & Delis didn’t want to relocate.”

John Tucker of Parkcenter 400 LLC represented the ownership in the transaction. Long & Delis is a litigation law firm specializing in construction litigation, business law, product liability medical and legal malpractice.
