Time Warner Cable ‘Experience’ Store Opens in Santa Ana

New Store Continues TWC’s Commitment to Improve the Customer Experience

LOS ANGELES (May 9, 2016) – Time Warner Cable (TWC) will host a grand opening on May 12 for its new Experience Store in Santa Ana. The new store, located at 2020 N. Grand Ave Suite 102, features an innovative retail concept aimed at providing customers with exceptional service as well as an enhanced, hands-on experience to learn about and enjoy TWC’s suite of TV, Internet, phone and home security products and services.

“Our Experience Stores are an important new way we’re connecting with our customers,” said Deborah Picciolo, Time Warner Cable’s senior vice president of operations. “As we continue to introduce new product technologies and features, our newly designed stores will serve as a resource for customers to better understand everything we have to offer. This store is all about improving customer service and providing a relaxed and engaging environment that encourages people to interact with and sample our products.”

The store’s grand opening will be highlighted by a visit from Lakers legend A.C. Green, the Dodger Dog Truck, a live broadcast by Super Estrella 107.1 FM and customer appreciation activities scheduled throughout the day. Customers are invited to visit the new store, enjoy complimentary refreshments and receive giveaway items.

Additionally, representatives from the offices of state Senator Janet Nguyen, Assemblymember Tom Daly and Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do will be on hand to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony.

In celebration of the event and Time Warner Cable’s commitment to the Los Angeles community, the company will also recognize THINK Together for their tremendous contributions in the area, presenting representatives from the organization with a $1,000 donation.

The new store complements several initiatives to improve customer service for Time Warner Cable customers. TWC Maxx has transformed the TV and Internet service experience by bringing Internet speeds up to six times faster than before (up to 300 Mbps), an advanced TV experience featuring Enhanced DVR with more storage and recording capabilities, video improvements including more On Demand choices and an all-digital lineup, plus a rock-solid network to ensure optimum performance and reliability. TWC also offers industry-leading one-hour appointment windows, as well as same-day appointments.
