This week’s Cochino List includes El Moctezuma Restaurant in Santa Ana

The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries they inspected and shut down for the week of March 23-30. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:

• El Moctezuma Restaurant, 809 N. Fairview St., Santa Ana; rodent infestation; closed March 28, reopened March 29.
• AnQi Gourmet Bristo, 3333 Bristol St., Costa Mesa; cockroach infestation; closed March 28, reopened March 29.

• Pho Nam Dinh Restaurant, 13032 Harbor Blvd., Garden Grove; cockroach infestation; closed March 28.
• Annie’s Pretzels at the Village at Orange, 1500 E. Village Way, Orange; cockroach infestation; closed March 23, reopened March 24.
• My Pho, 3426 E. Chapman Ave., Orange; cockroach infestation; closed March 27, reopened March 28.
• Z’s Kitchen, 3138 E. Chapman Ave., Orange; cockroach infestation; closed March 27.
• Restaurant at Holiday Inn, 7000 Beach Blvd., Buena Park; rodent infestation; closed March 30.
• O-Udon, 17870 Newhope St., Fountain Valley; cockroach infestation; closed March 29.
• Simply O Organic Juice Bar, 11110 Los Alamitos Blvd., Los Alamitos; insufficient hot water; closed March 29.
• Mitsuwa Marketplace, 665 Paularino Ave., Costa Mesa; cockroach infestation; closed March 29, reopened March 29.
• Kabob Republic, 1781 Newport Blvd., Costa Mesa; rodent infestation; closed March 29, reopened March 30.
• ExtraMile at Chevron, 19232 Alton Parkway, Lake Forest; insufficient hot water and plumbing in disrepair, permit downgraded to prepackaged foods only; closed March 28.
• Taqueria Esmeralda, 9035 Cerritos Ave., Stanton; rodent infestation; closed March 26, reopened March 27.
• La-Men, 10488 Valley View St., Buena Park; rodent infestation; closed March 26, reopened March 28.
