The SAPD is looking for two men who robbed a Little Saigon cafe at gunpoint

Advisory: SAPD Detectives Request Media and Public’s Assistance in Identifying Suspects Wanted in Armed Robbery of Café

On Monday, 11/21/2016 at 3:15 pm, a male Hispanic entered the M & Toi Café , located at 4702 W. 1st St., in Santa Ana, and sat down at the bar. After several minutes the male appeared to text unknown person(s) and approximately a minute later, two male suspects wearing bandanas to cover their faces entered the business armed with a handgun and a knife. The suspects demanded the female victim to open the register. The lone male Hispanic seated at the bar then walked around the back of the counter, removed the money from the register and fled along with the two armed suspects. The loss was US Currency.

M & Toi Café Robbery Suspect

Suspect #1: Male Hispanic or Asian, 18-25 years old, black hair, medium build, 5’ 7” -5’ 9”, wearing black and gray baseball cap (unknown writing on front), black bandana covering face, black sweatshirt (crew neck), black shorts (long), white socks (tall), black sneakers (white laces, appear to be Vans style skate shoes), armed Black semi-auto handgun.

Suspect #2: Male Hispanic or Asian, 15-21 years old, black hair, thin build, 5’ 5” -5’7”, wearing black bandana covering lower face, gray short sleeve tee shirt, black shorts (basketball type), white and black socks (tall), black sneakers (white laces, appear to be Vans style skate shoes), armed with knife.
