The SAPD is looking for a man who has robbed several local businesses at gunpoint

Advisory: Detectives asking for Media and public’s assistance identifying suspect in robbery series – same suspect in press release 09/08/17

Between the dates of 4/19/17 and 9/1/17, the above pictured suspect entered several locations and committed the armed robberies. The suspect is seen in each robbery wearing different style short-sleeve button down shirts and dark colored jeans. The suspect enters the business and covers the bottom portion of his face with a bandana.

The suspect’s face was captured on video during two separate occasions. The suspect appears very anxious during the robberies and aggressively brandishes a firearm at the victims.

Santa Ana Pan Dulce Bakery Robbery Suspect

During the robbery at the Pan Dulce Bakery, the suspect demanded money from the cashier while holding a female customer hostage at gunpoint.

During the robbery at Tri Income Tax, the suspect struck the female victim on the head with the firearm while struggling for her purse.

The suspect was seen exiting and entering the right front passenger seat of the gold or beige colored Ford Explorer during the robbery at the Metro PCS on 7/17/17.

Suspect: MHA, 30-40, medium build, shaved head and buzz cut, 5’8” to 5’10” tall, 170-190 pounds, mustache, wearing different color button-down short sleeve shirts, dark colored pants, white sneakers and different color bandanas covering his face. Armed with a chrome semi-auto.

Vehicle: Older model Ford Explorer, gold or beige with roof rack.

  • 09/01/17: Gaby’s Fashion – 1704 S. Main Street
