Schizophrenic woman missing in Santa Ana since Nov. 6 has been located

UPDATE: Missing person has been located by Pomona Police Department. She has been returned to her family safe and sound.

Description: Hispanic female, 5’08”, 205 lbs., black hair, brown eyes.

Last seen on 11/06/15, leaving her home located at 1024 E. Russell St. Santa Ana

On 11 /06/15, Hernandez went out for a walk and did not return. Family members insist it is out of character for Hernandez to stay away from her home.

Hernandez is described as calm and extremely reserved. Hernandez has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and is prescribed several medications. She had approximately $300.00 in her possession. She utilizes the OCTA bus system and is known to frequent the area of Harbor Boulevard and McFadden Avenue in Santa Ana.
