Suspect: Female/Hispanic 20-30 years old, 5-02 to 5-04, thin build, dark hair, possible blue eyes
Location: 116 W. 4th Street Santa Ana, CA
Synopsis: On 02/04/16, at approximately 1440 hours, a female suspect is caught on video as she vandalized a Santa Ana parking control vehicle after being issued a parking citation.
The suspect keyed the hood of the vehicle with profanity and fled the scene in a black colored 1998 Honda Accord 4 door sedan, California license # 2LPH359.
The vehicle was recently in a lien sale and has yet to be registered by the new owner. Any information pertaining to the identity of the suspect may be forwarded to Detective A.
