COSTA MESA, Calif. – On Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Costa Mesa Police Department (CMPD) officers arrested William Thompson, 28, Eureka, after he attempted to sell two grams of heroin to an undercover officer at the 700 block of W. Wilson Street.
