Beware of electric bill scam calls to Santa Ana residents

Some Santa Ana residents have been receiving automated “robo” phone calls claiming to be from the City of Santa Ana and telling them to pay their past-due electric bills. These calls are scams and are not from the City of Santa Ana.

Southern California Edison provides electricity service to residents and businesses in Santa Ana. Do not provide any personal or financial information to unexpected callers. Just hang up.

You can check your Southern California Edison account and pay your bill on the Southern California Edison website.
