Rival gang members can easily identify the 200 block of S. Birch St. as walnut st. gang territory because many said gang members hang out there (even though none of them live on that block between Walnut and Pine). In particular, these walnut st. gang members (some of which include individuals named Necio, Crooks, Bala, Spider, Guero, and Happy) hang out at 215 S. BIRCH STREET (Apartment #A) where a white male drug addict lives, but is supposedly in the process of being evicted. The property manager, Diana Coronado of Gold Coast Enterprises, has been made well aware of the situation, but refuses to take any action to help the innocent and hardworking tenants of the Birch Apartments (213-215 S. Birch St.).
Police cannot or will not do much to help the problem. Hard working, innocent people are targets for rival gang members because walnut st. gang members are allowed to break into, loiter, and graffiti in and around the Birch Apartments (213 & 215 S. BIRCH ST.)
