  • My boyfriend, Randy McDonald was at the corner 7/11 store and saw the victim on the ground about half a block away and ran to his aid. He is a former Medic in the Air Force and rushed over to offer aid. He quickly controlled his bleeding and comforted the homeless man until the police and fire dept and medics could arrive. I have an awesome man!

  • Thank you Mr editor, I believe God places people where they need to be at the right time. I, at the time was staying in the new homeless shelter called the courtyard (which I recommend) and I was going to take a walk with another gentleman from the shelter but I could not find him and I headed out by myself. The timing of this was perfect and I am glad to be of service. It feels good to continue to be of service even though being homeless myself. I had a dream approximately a year ago and I woke up with these instructions, 1, Wake up to someone you love,..it can be your spouse, lover, parent, a deceased person or even yourself. 2,.Do one thing daily, 365s a year that can improve your life,..and 3. Do one thing daily to help someone else. It can be as simple as smiling at someone that needs a smile. I try to do these everyday and I hope your readers can take in my dream for themselves.
