Westminster Police are looking for a man who stole a backpack and baby formula from a Target store

The above-pictured suspect removed a backpack and three cans of baby formula from the Target store located at 16400 Beach Blvd. and fled, according to the Westminster Police Department.

Suspect: Male (see picture), black jacket and black pants
