Three young men were caught on video stabbing a victim in Santa Ana

The Santa Ana Police Department is aware of a video circulating social media showing a disturbing incident where a victim is assaulted and stabbed by three suspects.

On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at approximately 12 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of McFadden Avenue and S. Sullivan Street regarding an assault with a deadly weapon.

Officers located the victim lying on his back on the sidewalk with multiple puncture wounds to his abdomen.

Officers rendered aid to the victim, and the OCFA subsequently transported him to a local hospital. The investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a dispute with the suspects at a public park.

During the altercation, all three suspects, armed with knives, assaulted and stabbed the victim multiple times in the area of Diamond Street and Fairview Street. That is just northwest of Jerome Park.
