Three suspects stole a wallet from a victim at a Super King Market in Santa Ana

On May 11, 2024, at approximately 2 p.m. three suspects conspired against a victim and stole her wallet containing a large amount of cash, according to the SAPD.

Suspect #2 and Suspect #3 approached the victim near the deli area in Super King Market in the area of 2700 block of W. MacArthur Blvd. while she awaited her order.

As they distracted her with questions, Suspect #1 reached into her purse and retrieved her wallet. All the suspects fled and were last seen driving away in a dark-colored mid-size Chevrolet SUV.

  • Suspect #1: Male, Hispanic, 20-30 years old, with short black hair, brown eyes, goatee, wearing a grey hat, red leather man-style jacket, blue jeans, and multi-colored shoes
  • Suspect #2: Male, Hispanic, 20-30 years old, with black hair, brown eyes, wearing glasses, a black shirt and jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes
  • Suspect #3: Female, Hispanic, 20-30 years old, with long black hair, brown eyes, black shirt, black pants, and white shoes.

Always be aware of your surroundings, especially in grocery stores. Keep an eye on your personal belongings and don’t fall for distractions—schemers often work together to steal.

Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspects is asked to contact Detective R. Galstian at (714) 245-8361 or RGalstian@santa-ana.org.
