The O.C. Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the weeks of June 16 to June 23. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved.

  • Nice Guys, 1727 E. 17th St., Santa Ana, Closed: June 17, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: June 18
  • Vua Bun Bo, 9211 Bolsa Ave., Suite 120-121, Westminster, Closed: June 21, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Lupita’s Restaurant, 2180 Harbor Blvd., Suite D, Costa Mesa, Closed: June 21, Reason: Cockroach infestation
  • Food sales at Hobby Lobby, 13702 Jamboree Road, Irvine, Closed: June 21, Reason: Rodent infestation
  • California Wok at 3033 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, which was ordered closed June 14 because of failure to comply with a notice of violation, was allowed to reopen June 21.
  • Nem, 12093 Brookhurst St., Suite E, Garden Grove, Closed: June 13, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: June 15
  • Heartful Made, 2009 W. Commonwealth Ave., Suite C, Fullerton, Closed: June 21, Reason: Insufficient hot water, Reopened: June 21
  • Dripp, 500 N. Harbor Blvd., Suite B, Fullerton, Closed: June 17, Reason: Insufficient hot water, Reopened: June 17
  • Panera Bread, 2415 E. Chapman Ave., Fullerton, Closed: June 16, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: June 17
  • A.K.’s Donuts, 736 W. Chapman Ave., Placentia, Closed: June 21, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: June 22
  • La Michoacana, 697 N. Euclid Ave., Anaheim, Closed: June 15, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: June 16
  • Ruby’s Diner, 258 Shops at Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo, Closed: June 16, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: June 16
