The O.C. Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of June 4 to June 12. Some of those places literally just reopened. You or whoever you copy and paste this article from because that’s your style , are taking the low hanging fruit.
That list comes directly from the Orange County Dept. of Health. If you look closely you will see that several of the violations were for a lack of hot water. It is vital now to provide hot water for folks to wash their hands. IF a restaurant lacks hot water how are their own employees washing their hands?
These restaurants were closed for weeks. They had plenty of time to clean up their messes. We held off on posting this column until now. There are no excuses now. They need to follow public safety ordinances.
