This week’s Cochino List includes Birrieria Nochistlan and Original Mike’s

The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of May 30 to June 7. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:

• Original Mike’s, 100 S. Main St., Santa Ana, Closed: May 31, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: May 31
• China Olive, 3420 S. Bristol St., Santa Ana, Closed: May 30, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: May 31
• Update: Vida & Bienestar at 1202 S. Main St., Santa Ana, closed May 24 because of a cockroach infestation, reopened May 31.
• Subway, 721 S. Weir Canyon Road, Suite 127, Anaheim, Closed: June 5, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: June 5
• Butterleaf, 2222 Michelson Drive, Suite 214, Irvine, Closed: June 3, Reason: Operating without a valid health permit, Reopened: June 5
• Blackmarket Bakery, 211 N. Broadway, Santa Ana, Closed: June 3, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: June 4
• Donut Star, 22331 El Toro Road, Suite D, Lake Forest, Closed: June 3, Reason: Operating without a valid health permit, Reopened: June 4
