The OC Health Care Agency reported a total of 7,440 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Orange County and 1,464 cases in Santa Ana, on June 7. The Santa Ana case numbers don’t include infected inmates in County jails.
There were 119 new cases reported on June 7, in Orange County. One new death was reported. To date 177 victims have died in Orange County. There are currently 297 victims in local hospitals and 129 of them are in Intensive Care Units. To date an estimated 3,273 victims have recovered.
