Police officers contacted two subjects behind a closed business late at night after the alarm went off and both were ultimately arrested, according to the Tustin Police Department.
One of the pair was discovered to have 23 active arrest warrants for trespassing, various drug offenses, and municipal code violations.
The fugitive of justice was booked into the Orange County Jail.
It is likely the suspect with all the warrants was from Los Angeles County, where you can commit countless crimes and then get out of jail with no bail.
