Advisory: SAPD Detectives Request Assistance In Identifying Robbery Suspects

Locations: 1408 N. Main Street, Santa Ana CA 92701 “WSS” Shoe Store

Suspect #1: Male, Hispanic, 25-30, 5’8” – 6’0”, thin build, short black hair, medium complexion, wearing black t-shirt, blue denim jeans & white sneakers. Has tattoo of the letter “M” and the letter “S” on his cheeks.

Suspect #2: Male, Hispanic, 20-30, 5’5” – 5’9”, medium build, short black hair, medium complexion, wearing black t-shirt, blue denim jeans & black Adidas sneakers with white stripes.

Vehicle: Early 2000-05, Gray, Lexus, IS 300, 4 door sedan, with a pink license plate holder but no rear license plate.

Synopsis: On 01/04/16, both suspects enter the “WSS” shoe store located at 1408 North Main Street and walk around for several minutes. The suspects exit the store and return, parking their vehicle backwards in the handicap parking stall near the store’s front door. The suspects enter the store for the second time where they select three boxes of shoes. The suspects walk past the counter not paying for their shoes and when confronted by store clerk at the exit they threaten to kill the employee if they attempted to stop them. S#1 is seen flashing a gang sign out of the window as they drove away.
