On 12/14/2023, at 6:30 a.m., the suspect entered an apartment complex in the area of 2100 E. 17th Street and stole a vehicle, according to the SAPD.
SAPD police officers recovered the stolen vehicle the following day abandoned in the 400 block of S. Birch Street.
Suspect Description: Male, Hispanic, 20-25 years old, thin build, slicked black hair, wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, grey pants, gray shoes, and carrying a black backpack.
