  • A 14 year old girl should not be alone in a bench in a dark park at 1 A.M.! In the morning! It's just asking for something like this to happen. I'm seeking permission to conduct a reconnaissance mission in order to attempt to identify the suspect/ and or other possible threats in the area including transients and drug addicts.

Hope to contact M. Lopez or be contacted, in or to receive permission for a small over night operation.
