The SAPD is looking for a suspect wanted for lewd acts with a child

In December 2016, wanted suspect Galdino Lopez Silva, age 56, inappropriately touched a child. Silva was positively identified by the victim and a warrant for his arrest was issued. Silva is aware he is wanted by police.
