The SAPD is looking for a man who stole a cell phone and then engaged in identity theft

On 04/28/2023 at approximately 5:35PM, the victim left a cell phone on the counter of a store located in the 3900 block of S. Bristol Street. The wanted suspect, Brian Murillo, is seen on video taking the cell phone and leaving the store.

The victim later discovered several fraudulent accounts opened, purchases and transactions using her identity which totaled an approximate $40,000.
